About Orilla Host: holiday rental management based in Jerez
We are a family from Jerez. Our cleaning team works in holiday flats around here every week, and Orilla Host grew out of what we saw there.
How it started
Our cleaning company, Hola Limpio, works inside holiday flats in Jerez and the Bay of Cádiz every week. That gives us a view few people have: the flat between one guest and the next.
There we met many owners with the same doubts: was their flat being looked after, how much were they really earning after costs, and were they on the right side of the law and of their neighbours.
So we created Orilla Host: small, close holiday rental management, with our own cleaning team, clear accounts and licensed properties only. We manage few flats, on purpose, so every owner has one direct contact person.
Orilla means shore. Our logo, an Andalusian arch with the sun setting over the sea, speaks of that shore: the light and the calm of the Bay of Cádiz, where your flat is.

How we work
Hola Limpio’s team is also the one that cleans the flats we manage: we do not subcontract cleaning.
After every check-out the flat is cleaned, the bed linen changed and everything checked. We send you a photo report so you can see how it looks, wherever you are. If something needs fixing, we spot it in the photos and tell you before the next guest arrives.
You have one contact person, who speaks Spanish and English, knows your flat and answers you directly, with no call centres or tickets.
We are small on purpose. We would rather manage fewer flats and know each one well: who the owner is, what worries them, what the building is like and who the neighbours are. That is why we do not take unlicensed flats or promise figures we cannot guarantee.
Every month you get a report with bookings, income, costs, our fees and your payout. And no long contracts: if you ever want to stop, 30 days’ notice is all it takes.
Where we work
We are based in Jerez de la Frontera and manage licensed flats in five towns around the bay. We know each area because we work in it every week: the flamenco neighbourhoods of Jerez, the beach developments of El Puerto and Rota, quiet Puerto Real and the old buildings of Cádiz’s historic centre.
