Orilla Completa starts at 18 % + VAT of booking revenue. Orilla Esencial is charged per changeover and depends on the size of the flat: ask us for a no-obligation quote.
It must be registered as a holiday rental (vivienda con fines turísticos) in the Andalusian Tourism Register (RTA), and your owners’ association and town hall must allow it. If it is not yet, we can guide you through the steps, but we cannot promise you a licence and we only start managing once everything is in order.
No. You can stop at any time with 30 days' notice.
We let you know with photos and arrange the repair. Above an amount we agree with you, we always ask for your approval first.
We verify every guest before arrival and explain the house rules: noise, quiet hours and rubbish. If anything comes up, you have one contact person who deals with it.
No. You get one contact person on WhatsApp, photos of every clean and a report every month. We speak Spanish and English.
Yes. Block the dates you want for yourself or your family and we plan the rest of the calendar around them.
